You can try getting Kinokuniya to get for you if they do not have the stock, at least Singapore's Kinokuniya does this for us.

Just got mine today at only 52 SGD at kinokuniya Singapore! Recommends all singapore members to Grab it. Cause of it's 20% off now at kinokuniya from usual price of 65 SGD. but I took the last copy so you shld call their stalls before going all the way. it's a reaaaaaaally great book!

My book Arrived last night. I went through, it seemed to be packed with lots of great articles and interviews, I hope someone will translate, summary, in the very near future. especially the fortune-telling section. But pretty much the whole book...
It's packed with tons of great pictures as well.

Mine came in Yesterday from HMV. They must have rushed printing. There's pics from the Asia tour but stopped just before Singapore. Sorry guys. This is probably why CDJ didn't have any at the beginning. Great pics. A lot more text than I expected.

Went to Kino on Sunday and they told me they were out of stock island wide.

Asked if they will restock it and they say no but will TRY to import as per request.
May take 1month plus and not confirm to be success.
Pray hard it will reach my hand weeks from now.

You should have called in advance. So that you can reserve if they still have any islandwide. Got mine not too long ago, looks really interesting, from what I heard it's some sort of compilation of their past features in CD&DL, and some additional content (like Asia Tour). The photos are good, and I got a free bookmark so not complaining either way lol

there are two versions of the bookmark depending on where you get it. there's the blue one that features the cover image like in your link and there's a second pink version that shows the back cover image. i got mine from HMV and it came with the blue one. i forgot which store the pink one was available at.

I got mine from kinnokuniya but no bookmark

The bookmarks are only included in the pre-ordered copies from HMV (blue) and CD&DL (Pink).

Call up kinnokuniya. They sell it. If its out of stock they will order it for you! and theres a like 30% discount sale right now. so its almost cheaper than buying it online!
