We'll now start the BA Layout Banner Voting Semi-finals!

There are 19 winners on the first round where those banners are the 3 highest voted banner in each group.

The semi-finals will be split into 3 groups, consisting 6 banners each (one group contains 7).

Sequence:
~~Quarter-finals: 61 banners -> 6 groups 10 each -> 3 most voted banners from each group.~~
Semi-finals: 18 banners -> 3 groups 6 each -> 2 highest voted banner from each group.
Finals: 6 banners -> 3 highest voted banner will become the official BABY ACTION Layout Banner!

Voting Period:
~~Quarter-finals: July 23 - July 26~~
Semi-finals: July 27 - July 30
Finals: July 31 - August 3

So the two highest voted banner from each group will proceed to the final round of the voting.
