Like before, the entries will be split into 2, Group A & Group B. The 3 highest scoring banner from each group will proceed to the finals. So let me clear that, 3 from Group A and 3 from Group B

The final round will be consisting of the 3 banners from each group that had the highest vote, the 2 banners with the most number of votes after the final round will be the winners.

Voting period will be...
Semi-finals: August 21-23
Finals: August 24-27

So by Saturday next week, we will have our official TB layout banner.
