Yep, this is Windows 7.
1. Hide all the desktop icons.
2. Used a program called Rainmeter. Those are the widgets, the clock and the winamp player status.
3. The Start Orb for windows, that I customized manually.
4. Hid the time and date.
5. For the dock, thats just objectdock and I used icons I found from Deviantart.
6. There's also a modified windows theme but you have to do a little hacking for it to be applied, nothing too complicated, there's a program for that.
Even my login screen and windows startup animation is customized. If you like to tweak your stuff then I guess this might be your thing. I can post a guide on how to do this if you want. ^^
