If it a wild animal I prefer to be a wolf.. esp. lone wolf
If it to be a cute one or pet.. I prefer cat or red panda
If it to be a aerial/flying animal I prefer to be a crow
If it to be a sea/water animal I don't know.. maybe a stingray??
If it to be an insects I prefer Mantis
If it to be a reptile I prefer thorny devil lizard
If it to be a prehistoric/dinosaurs I prefer Velociraptor
