アメリカ行ってきました


3年半ぶりのアメリカはやっぱり暖かかったです人も気候も


ライブしたりミーグリしたり、ファンのみんなと触れ合える機会が多くて嬉しかったよ


3年前に来てくれた人がまた会いに来てくれたり、日本語やのに全曲歌詞を覚えてくれてる人がいたり、


海を越えた土地で自分たちのことを応援してくれてる人がいることに改めて感動しました


来てくれたみんな、ありがとう！！！
また行くよ！！！！！


それにしても、レディーガガにでもなったかのような歓声でした

We just got back from America!

America for the first time in three years - Not surprisingly, it was so warm - both the people and the climate.

Performing live, doing meet and greets, and so many chances to connect with our fans made me so happy.

People who came to see us 3 years ago came back to see us again, and even though all our songs are in Japanese, there were people who remembered all the lyrics.

Once again I was so touched that there are people who support us all the way across the ocean.

Thank you to everyone who came to see us!!!
We'll be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

At any rate, there was so much cheering that we thought we had become Lady Gaga or something.

It would appear to me that Tomomi looked forward to this America trip a lot more than the other 3 girls. She was so warm and active to interacting with the fans and actually is the first to write the blog about the trip.

Speaking of Twitter... I really enjoyed her tweets while they were in the US. She continued to do her "time-tweets" every once in a while ("11:11 in LA", etc.), and I also remembered her tweeting a picture of donuts from a shop somewhere. From the looks of it, and based on what I read here about how she's the first to blog about the trip and how warm she is with the people in LA, it seemed like she was indeed very enthusiastic about the whole trip. Then again, Tomo's always the most "bubbly" and energetic member of the group, so it's probably no surprise. :P

I just wonder, how were the other girls like? How did they seem to those who went to AM^2 (compared to Tomo, at least)?

They're all nice, polite people so I'll just try to pick out differences in my impressions.

Tomomi is very outgoing and she's also very charismatic / good at fan attention. When it's your turn for an autograph or handshake she gives you absolute attention. For that moment she makes it clear it's just you and her going on. She's also always on the go, at the airport grabbing luggage and taking care of it, or getting chairs for everyone at the autograph signing.

Mami seemed nervous, at least during the small-group meet and greets.

Haruna was the toughest to read. Her normal / relaxed expression is pretty neutral so she could seem to be a little "aloof", but I think she's just not as outwardly expressive compared to someone like Tomomi who is more animated.

Tomo's best post ever .clap. And if she's thinking of comparing herself to Lady Gaga she must be blinkin' mad! Besides Lady Gaga would never show up at any convention; she IS a walking convention! Bazinga

I play drums too so whenever I think about Rina I end up thinking about her in the context of drumming... She was friendly and nice, liked taking pictures of gathered fans.
