^Well he's a dancer ofcourse, Endo has his own SNSD dance cover group known as Endo Generation (check them out on Youtube, they're hilarious as shitz to watch.) Anyway for one of the zip sessions Endo interviewed SNSD and showed them his dance videos and did a live demo and I guess thats how he got on there.
