for like the 4th time, cause its such an amazing anime

I just finished Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso - art, soundtrack and story were amazing ... and its little nods to what I feel is its predecessor, Nodame Cantabile is just gold - to the point where they played some of the same piano pieces in competitions.

Granted, the feel of each story is different - Shigatsu is a bit more high school/melodrama, whereas Nodame is a bit lighter and comedic and focuses also developing a musical career in addition to human relationships and problems thereof. The basic premise is the same, though. A once-elite boy with some scars from his past, meets an elite-but-eccentric girl and they complete each other musically and they move on from their past thanks to their relationship. The tone and contents are slightly different, and Nodame ran for much longer ... and is, in my opinion, the better of the two because of the somewhat more relatable problems. Shigatsu did make me cry, though, so ... 

Not sure what to watch next, though! XD

I had one volume of Nodame Cantabile manga before and I have seen a couple of episodes but I wasn't really paying much attention. I always thought about really watching it (like have a marathon) yet I never really brought myself to do so haha (I will! After the tests!)

Right now i'm totally hooked up with KanColle, the fact that it follows history just pulls me to like this anime. I've been thinking (if ever someone knows) are there animes like KanColle? I mean, the one that follows History? Like war stuff or during the periods in Japan or China or wherever..?
cos i'm currently interested in whatever that is genre right now haha

Well, the ones I can recommend are anime films as opposed to series. A bit more serious as it dwells on human drama though.

I already watched Grave of the Fireflies before ^^
I tried to look for Kaze Tachinu before and I remember it not having any subs yet! But that was before. I'll try and look for the one with subs later!

And yes, I cried watching Grave of the Fireflies! When she died... Although right from the beginning their death was shown, it was still painful.

For this season, i've been watching Plastic Memories..Nagato Yuki-chan no Shoushitsu..DxD Born..Kekkai Sensen

This season I've been watching Fate/Stay Night and DanMachi. I've been planning on watching Plastic Memories but haven't found the time yet.

Just started watching Hibike! Euphonium at the behest of a friend.  Wicked good so far, definitely doesn't have too much fanservice as some of the recent anime I've seen have a truck ton of it (Looking at you KLK XD..!)  Never seen an anime tease at how much an underlying yuri concept before this though.  The characters are pretty well developed as well as KyoAni doing an excellent job executing the show vert well.  I'm only halfway done and its last episode broadcast is early next month.  To which, I hope a second season comes out of it in the near future ;--;

Currently eyeing on Classroom Assassination. Is it good?

Just finished watching Zetsuen no Tempest. I rate it 9/10.
