That was mentioned, as it is now using flash to rotate between the banners, it was removed.

Moved the menu on the left of the screen.
Also made it fixed so that you can go home, view new messages, and log out even when you're below the site.

The flash on top looks cool but I still think its better if its just a static jpeg instead that will switch to a different image whenever someone refreshes the page. With the flash on top the page kinda takes longer to load. The page also kinda lags a bit and will overheat the cpu a little on some older notebooks.
Usually people only use flash for the standard leaderboard instead of a huge banner.

Ok since for some reason I can't add a mute to it, I decided to disable the sound for good. lol
This has been a nice trial and I've decided to return the old navbar in the next layout. This is mainly to avoid lag issues experienced by some inside the forum.

That's unfortunate. I kinda liked the "woob woob woob" that I get when I run my pointer across the menu.
