^^ As the title says, what is your favourite brand of instant noodles and what flavour is it?

My favourite is Indomie Mi Goreng which I usually have fried egg on top ^_^

I like indomie too...
But my favourite instant noodles is Mie Sedap (roughly translated: delicious noodles)

I prefer my noodles to be cooked with clear soup, and with egg too...

Well for me i usually stuff anything down but,i like the spoicy Korean or Japanese types,can't remember the names.

oohh....i love Indomie mi goreng so much too but my flavour just oil,spicy sauce, and seasoning without ketchup and with Fried Egg or Boiled Egg XD

and Mie Sedap is nice instant noodles too, but i prefer Indomie Mi Goreng... XD

@EugeneAng: For the Korean noodles are you talking about the Shin Ramyun noodles? Man, that stuff so spicy that I have to put egg in it LOL.

My favourite would have to be...

Nong Shim's Neoguri Seafood Flavoured Udon noodles... Mild in terms of spiciness. And I LOVE mixing half a tablespoon of wasabi into the soup. :3

Nissin beef hot and spicy (imported from Japan not locally made) about $3 per bowl...

All time favorite I have yet to get tired of is Kung Fu brand. I've been eating that since I was a kid. I always eat two packages of these at a time.


And another oldie is Mama noodles. Classic right here. I don't like the other flavors they have really.


Since I started living on my own err a while back, I've usually bought Sapparo Ichiban. Anything they have has been good and haven't gotten tired of them yet.

@PF: Haven't tried that one brand, The Kung fu one, yet. May have to go out and get some this coming Weekend ^A^ Tried the Mama one and it tasted a bit plain tbh.

@Inno: I tried that one already, it tasted alright but I prefer the kim chi flavoured ones especially during winter. Helps keeps me warm

I've had them since I was a kid.

Mi Goreng is incredibly spicy. But it's really good! We still have three or four of those left in the kitchen. I'll go cook one of those up for breakfast tomorrow. :D

Indomie with any available taste is a default product (for instant noodle) here in Indonesia. It's undisputed, especially the Indomie Mi Goreng one.

Now I really want to eat one.

lol guys, I just remembered that I saw a news report saying how dangerous and how unhealthy Migoreng is and that all the shops in China or something took them down and stopped selling them.... XD

Thanks for all the suggestions guys ^_^ Got a lot of noodle brands to try for supper now. I wonder is someone else is going to do the same

@Inno: Yeah, noodles is generally unhealthy for you if you eat too much of it though you can make it a bit healthy by adding extra stuff like eggs and vegies to make it healthier.. a little lol xD

Typically I never use the whole packet of seasoning anymore as I grew older and kinda started to care about my health. I just use about 70% of it. It depends on how much sodium the package states. If it's over 700mg, then yeah I only use part of the seasoning.
If the ramen comes with dehydrated green onions I usually don't use them either an pefer to use fresh ones.

Hmmm, I think it was more serious than other noodles. I mean, they DID take it down from all the stores that sold it in China... I think. XD *couldn't really understand it coz he sucks at Chinese*
