Well, finally the results.

Though it's only one nomination, but I'm really glad, that they won it. Best girl-band... Our girls deserve it)

I'm from Indonesia but I personally can't believe that Agnes won lol. Well, I guess she's more popular than I give her credit for, I've never really been a fan of her work.

Eitherway, congrats to the girls. I didn't really expect SCANDAL to win any award tbh. But beating AKB48 is a major achievement.

I think the biggest factor for Agnes Monica's landslide is her FB page which is link to her twitter account. https://www.facebook.com/agnesmonica with nearing a million likes... if an admin of the page ask for votes even if a mere 10% adhere, it is still a lot of votes compared to the other artists.... and also I expected her to win because upon seeing the vote updates during the voting period her name is always there regardless of the time of the day.... Also I expected Scandal to be in the top 3 with a very high chance of winning the best girl band category.... their international fanbase is at par or even larger than AKB48 and Perfume it's just that we are fragmented in Facebook because lots of Scandal Fan page is available.

I quite surprised Agnes Monica win many awards on Jpopasia.. She is not my favourite singer, but as an Indonesian i do proud of her.

Anyway, congrats to SCANDAL for winning one awards, lets hope they could win more in coming years!!
