well, have read through all the food from Malaysian People and here is the list:
-Roti Canai
-Teh Tarik
-Asam Pedas
-Nasi Lemak
-Chicken Pansoh
- Umai
-Cencalok
Let me add some more:
-Laksa (Noodles with Fish Sour Sauce)
-Char Kuey Tiaw
-Sup Tulang (Bone Soup)
-Murtabak (Similiar to Phrata but got mince beef/chicken)
- Otak-otak (grilled fish paste wrapped with leaf)
- Rojak
- Sata (similar with Otak-otak but the texture is more soft)

I don't think any food is originally from Singapore Lol.
Most of our so-called "Singapore cuisines" are all dishes from near-by neighbor countries..

and "raclette" : melted cheese prepared at the table using a special heater or grill, served with potatoes and cold meats. It's delicious !
