The "Attach Signature" there is not checked, click edit button and check the "Attach Signature" box. Anyway if you set in your preferences "always attach signature" that box will always be checked.

Oh yeah Eugene already informed me before about that auto secondary font change. I tried asking the support forum but didn't got any good answer. I believe it might be a Forumotion Firefox glitch, I disabled now all secondary fonts, let's see if it works, anyway everybody has an Arial font so no need for secondary fonts.
