My first anime was Tanoshii Muumin Ikka or The Moomins in English. I was two when I started to watch it and it's still a huge deal in my life. I didn't know it was anime until I was ten or so, so in that regard my first anime was Digimon because I knew it was anime. (Digimon is also a big deal for me still. I never got into Pokémon (I liked it though) but Digimon I loved a lot.)

My first dubbed anime was Pokemon, loved it then and still love it now. But my first subbed anime I've watched was the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya. One of my favs to this day.

Oh, wow, um, it's been so long. First anime I often watched when it was on was Gundam Wing, but the first real anime series that I followed obsessively was Bleach.
