Hi,

Since there's a thread about "what do you miss about the old SCANDAL", I've decided to turn it around and look to the future. So this thread is about what we would like to see SCANDAL do, or do more of. It can be related to anything: their music, promotion, uniforms, concerts, website, etc.

I'll start, obviously.

I'd like to see more, longer solos. For all instruments. Guitar solos are obvious, but I also like bass or drum solos. I'd also like to see Haruna and Mami do a dual guitar solo (back and forth or simultaneous). That'd be fun and cute. Vocal solos are awesome (you know, where they use their voice to make notes but not doing actual lyrics ?) so I'd like to see those, too.

I would like to see Haruna and Mami do a duo-guitar solo, I think that'd be cool and that would make things interesting; since they have 2 guitarists, why not have some fun with that (^w^)

And I would like to see them run around a bit more on stage, I know it is not always possible, but maybe just once in a while. This has nothing to do with the music, it just makes the overall performance more entertaining.

And definitely drum solo from Rina~~ (^w^)

So +1 for dual solos then.

I agree that if they had mikes that they could wear and move around with while playing it'd be better. I guess they simply get better quality from fixed microphones.

@Strawberry12: I'm sure if Rina felt she had a good singing voice she'd solo like the others. But having her do more support vocals, at least, would be cool.

HARU/MAMI double lead would be awesome. It's already happening in some of their live stuff (eg ESY Switch riff harmonising). They should do it more often.

It'd be really cool to see Haru doing a solo instead of Mami. That'd be unexpected and fun to watch. Imagine it, for example they are playing Ring! Ring! Ring! live and suddenly it's Haru doing the solo. That would be so cool.

While on the subject of instrument playing, more Tomo slaptastic soloing please. And I'd really enjoy it if Rina can put in some twin pedal work. How to use that in pop rock however, is a different question altogether..

And of course, more songs written completely by them.

for the whole band, i want to see them wear the old uniforms again and hair style. and for each of them to do something like Shoujo M in Temptation Box DVD.

Instrumental solos FTW. I really hope that they continue to grow as friends and as musicians and will be together for a long time.

Besides more/longer solos as stated above, I would like them to do a calendar.

I want them to star in a drama. I would definitely watch it!

A drama.... or an anime ! With better drawn versions of their anime selves.

Actually, they impress me everytime they put out a new PV because it's another new thing. But I wouldn't mind(and I hope to see) seeing them each doing their own solos in one song. Like when Haruna gets her own solo part singing the song, Mami then takes over with her guitar solo, then Tomomi with a bass solo, then Rina with a drum solo. Come to think of it, I don't remember Rina having a drum solo(just correct me if I'm wrong).

What I would really like Scandal to do is come to England !

i agree with all the stuff mentioned above and they are all awesome ideas that i wouldn't mind seeing in the near future!

hm what would i want them to do? well one thing for sure i want them to come to Hawaii! haha

but on a different note i want them to do some collaborations with YUI or more than just one with Stereopony! oh and miwa would be a good one too.

I wish that Scandal would let Rina sing more because you hardly ever hear her sing and WILL THEY PLEASE COME TO AUSTRALIA!!! .love.

I'm listening to CUTE!! right now. I just love the bit towards the end where Haru, Tomo and Mami each say, in sequence, a bit of a sentence before going to the chorus. They should do that once in a while, with all four voices.

I loved Tomomis Slap Bass Solo in Hi-Hi-Hi and the live performance on Temptation Box Live DVD was awesome. "Tomomi!" *slaps that bass*
Also I wish they would come to Germany or western europe in general!

Hmm... I was thinking maybe Rina could have a drum solo at one of their lives? That would be awesome!

I want them to sing, or cover full English songs.. more RINA singing plus solo drum...
