Tomo - Drums (I think most of the forum can agree on this XD) + Backing vox
Haru - Lead guitar(Haru solos?! ) + Lead vox
Mami - Bass + Backing vox
Rina - Rhythm guitar + Backing vox

I think this would be an awesome arrangement. Haru is able to shred some awesome solos, Rina gets to sing more AND BE CLOSER TO THE FANS AT CONCERTS, Mami would look so groovy with her bass lines, and hyperactively-cuteTomo would be pounding away on the drums.YEAH!

it could be like this

MAMI in drum (but with double pedal XD)
Rina in Keyboard (I guess electric keyboard that usually using by Nobuo Uematsu would be cool XD)
Haruna in Lead Guitar
and Tomomi as the DJ << so she could doing rap anytime XD

but I really wonder.. what kind of song they will sing if they really switch into this position

i think tomomi should be playing the drums....and rina playing the guitar ;DD

RINA on Rhythm and Keyboard. She can sing and still play. At least if TOMO plays the guitar, she can play the keyboard and so we see RINA's keyboard prowess!

LOL...TOMOMI on drums...very intriguing, though I must say, I would imagine them going like this if it were to come true...

TOMOMI: "DAMN!! Another one of my sticks broke!" *gets another one from behind her (like in cartoons)..."There we go!!! Now, where were we...1, 2, 3..!" *drum set's heartbeat speeds up .whiteflag.

As I posted previously, I'd love for them to pull of a Punk n Ciel and switch around.

For once, I want Rina to be the vocalist and rhythm guitarist, simply cause she just doesn't sing enough xD

Haru should be lead guitarist, I don't think her guitar skills are appreciated and if she busts out some insane riffs, I'm sure she'll change people's minds.

As for bass...I can't see anyone replacing Tomomi really, so I guess Mami will take over for Rina on the drums. But for the sake of change, Tomo can be the drummer and Mami can be the bassist.

Of course, all of this is unlikely to happen xD The most I can imagine them changing is if Mami and Haru switch (which they have done on the odd occasion),

Me, too. I'm pretty sure Tomo can handle a guitar, but it'd be fun for them to play a song in a show by switching places like that. I know the crowd would love it.

Tomomi and Rina will be the guitars and vocals, probably Tomomi will be lead, while Rina will rhythm.

My preferred lineup would be:

Vocals: Rina
She doesn't really sing that much so I wanna see her sing much more and run all over the stage. LOL

Guitar: Tomomi
She showed her guitar playing this on the ESY TB tour and now she has an acoustic Yamaha guitar

Bass: Mami
Never really saw her play bass but it would be definitely interesting.

Drums: Haruna
I can't remember where but I heard that she can play the drums and it also fits her "real life" personality.

I personally prefer Tomomi and Mami on their current position but having Rina as the vocalist, the band would have a different sound so I switched their positions.

Next is the name for this band. I can't think of anything right now.

Never take Tomomi away from Bass.. .mad.

I died as i saw the first time Tomomis Bass solo in Hi-Hi-Hi Live (Scandal vs. Budokan Blu-Ray)

Actually i wonder about what that will be sound like with 2 Bass and a Support Guitar. i have never heard about something like that.. so lets try :-D

It should be an interesting yet still functional line up.
Thinking of what Tomo said about how bass seemed "easier" to play (2 less strings) still cracks me up!

Out of the 4 members, the one I most want to see is:

Mami on bass!

She totally gives off the aura of a bassist on stage: dark and mysterious, especially when she had black hair. It's why I was drawn to her in the first place, and probably why many fellow bass players here like her. Also, a lot of other bands have bassists sing backup vocals like she current does.

The others:

Tomo: rhythm guitar, so she can sing more lead vocals, although she has no problem now singing lead while carrying a bassline.

Rina: lead guitar, because she's played piano/keyboard before and is really musically talented, so I'm sure she could pick up guitar quickly. Plus, she's a fangirl of Mami for being the cool lead guitarist.

Haruna: drums? It's kinda hard to picture this, but I guess it goes to show how well they each fit their current roles.

Mami - Drums
Rina - Bass
Haruna - Guitar

if SCANDAL did a alter ego band:

Mami: Drums (she's had experience before)
Tomo: Rhythm Guitar (shouldn't be too hard swapping...)

Rina: Lead Guitar (show us some skillz Rina \m|/)

if they did a alter ego band, i think they should name it LADSCAN lol

and then their position would be :
1. Mami as a drummer
2. Haru as a bass guitarist
3. Rina a a lead guitarist
4. Tomo as a rhythm guitarist

I will place Haru on Mami's place (lead guitar), it will look cool on her and I think it's kinda suit her more with her serious personality.

Mami will be the drummer, since she can also play drums a little.

Rina will be on bass, she has the energy and charm to be one of those in the front row.

And Tomomi on Haru's place. If she can sing with her normal voice (not the usual squeaky high voice) she's really a great vocalist, she has strong voice well suited for a rock band and she has a great energy to be the center.
