I also once a Paramore Fanatic! But when Josh and Zac left the band, I just felt different. The last song that I liked from them is Brick by boring brick. But I think Scandal can match to their songs! However, Both are great bands! Love them both!

Paramore is one of my favorite bands. I cried when I can't come to their concert because I had to do something very important for school. .waaa.

Didn't like the song immediately but fell in love with it after a couple more times of listening. Really catchy and overall a great song as expected from Paramore.

It's been like 2 years since Paramore has made any major moves since the break up. BNE kinda didn't do it for me so this new album is gunna have to pull out some major punches to size up to the earlier albums... not having the Farro brothers is a bummer too but now is the time for them to establish their new sound if anything.

One of my best friends had me listen to Brighter when I was still in high school. By then, he was already into Paramore. As for me, I didn't like them right away. IDK, I guess I just typecasted them as an "emo" band back then. But it wasn't until my college days and I first heard Misery Business and CrushCrushCrush on the radio did I start to change my mind about the band and appreciate their music more. Now I have almost all of their songs on my iTunes, anticipating their latest release a couple of days from now. :)
And I was also there for both "Para-Thrillas in Manila"! The second time was different though, considering the Farros had left the band by then. But they still sound pretty awesome! And Hayley? She never lost a step. :>

I really liked them for a while, and still pretty much do, but not as much as before. Part of it may be that their music has changed a little bit with the change in lineup (I mean it's not quite as melodic), but I'm also just not seeing much growth as a band. Their early stuff was raw and kind of naive but showed so much promise... their new stuff is, well, pretty much the same in that way. I don't feel like they've matured much, even in the way that Scandal has (and they don't even write most of their own music, like Paramore does).
It's nice if a band doesn't change *too* much, because you always want them to be true to themselves, but I do like a band to mature and get a little more depth to their music...
Well, I'll wait for the complete new album and then see.

After a string of rather dark songs in "Singles Club", they come out with this pretty cool upbeat track. Looks like we're in for a "mixed bag" when the album finally comes out. Can't wait! \m/
