Scandal Heaven, Anaheim crew!

Are you guys going to organize a group party before and after the concert?

I've pretty much prepped for the tour.
I have the ArriveCAN app installed on my phone and uploaded my passport and vax card. I have airports, venues, and hotels all favorited in Uber and Lyft. I have paper tickets, where issued. I have receipts for hotels, as well as plane, train, and concert tickets uploaded to my phone, all in one folder. I have a pre-loaded Oyster card for London. I have a map showing bus stops as well. I have itinerary files for the US and London trips with flight times, terminals, flight numbers, addresses and show/door open times. I have an international SIM card, and a removal tool safety-pinned in my suitcase. I have an appointment for a second booster shot. I have $1.20 CAD and a bit over 6 GBP for vending machines or something. I have special ultra-hot-weather clothes for Plano. I bought sunblock.
I have learned the audience participation bit of "Scandal Baby". I timed my haircut to be at "optimal" length the third week in July. I've studied air terminal maps, train station maps, and hotel area maps. I've decided where to eat in most cases. Have I forgotten anything?
Oh, and for those of you wondering what to pack for the west coast, see below. Rain chance is around 13% or less, and Dallas is 20 degrees above Seattle.

I am now kind of glad the Tour is going to USA and Canada first, then Europe in September. The way things are happening at UK airports is shocking, by time Scandal comes to London the Airlines and airports will get their act together. Since I am flying down.

Can anyone confirm that the proposed Meet/Greet for the VIP package for Masquerade Atlanta is a 'Virtual' event? 

I've seen the notation 'Online only' on the Ticketmaster webpage. Which a Google search indicates a virtual zoom call. 

*I hope they reconsider cause this has the potential to be a disaster.  I'm out 187$ in airfare 148$ hotel & 220$ ticket. That's a lot for a concert compared to bigger acts on your. I could go to there Instagram to get a band hello for free.

That is NOT going to be the case.

I suspected that that notation simply meant that M&G tickets are only available to purchase online (as opposed to being able to buy them from the venue's box office in person) and emailed the venue to make sure, and they did confirm that that is what it means.




So to be clear, this is an IN-PERSON M&G. The only thing virtual about it is that tickets to it must be purchased online.


Also, this has to do with the Anaheim show, but I saw on the ticketing page yesterday that it says "All VIP ticket holders are requested to wear a mask during the Meet & Greet session." Seattle also mentions a "socially-distanced photo." So stuff like this will probably be the norm for all of the dates.

I cannot wait to travel from Chile to NYC and finally see them live.
I have some questions, I don't know if you have the answers (I read and it seems the promoter is not so good  I thought only in Chile we have awful promoters).

Anyone knows if SCANDAL will bring merch (or albums) to the dates in the US?
Also if someone is organizing a a group party before or after the concert in NYC it would be awesome! I want to meet other SCANDAL fans.

They haven't announced anything yet, but they're sure to have some kind of merch. Thought they won't be offering their entire Japan merch lineup, I'd guess that they'll have t-shirts for sure in Western sizes, plus maybe a few other small items (towels, keychains, wristbands). They probably won't sell any albums since they've never done so here before.

Also, the Dallas venue sent this email the other day saying that masks will be required for the M&G.

The mask for no doubt be for all meet and greet on the world Tour, regardless the country.

The band's coming North America so soon! They have a pretty tight schedule so let's all hope and pray they don't bump into any flight delays or (gasp) flight cancellations—Ditto for yall fans who plan to fly in to see them... Wonder if they have any idea how much of an issue this has become in the USA....

The Toronto show's ticket website shows a price drop in tickets. It also shows a huge increase in the number of tickets sold, or at least unavailable seats. My hand count on June 27th was 634, It's more like 800+ now. I might update this with a hand count later, after the coffee kicks in...

..aaand I'm back. If you use the QE Theatre website seating chart, you get 1124 seats, not counting 16 VIP seats way up in the corners. By subtracting unsold seats (244) from that total, I get 880 tickets sold. Way to go, Canada! Opening night will be very encouraging for the band!

aaand..an update. As of July 5, there are about 184 unsold seats for Toronto.

I see that masks will be required for the Meet & Greet opportunities with the band. Can anyone confirm if it's going to be an individual photo with the band ? 

Or if they're going to have the band on the stage while the VIP holders are on the Ground Floor kind of thing ?

Agreed. I want the girls safety to be paramount on this tour but selfishly want a memorable photo with them. Hopefully a happy medium will be observed on the tour. Looking forward to seeing your review on the first American show. Thank you so much for all that you do.

SCANDAL is the band in the whole world I most want to see live. Been privileged to lots of great bands and performers over the years, but for me none even comes close to SCANDAL. In recent years, tickets for these other bands usually go for a lot more than $200—and they never include meet-and-greet or personal photos. We're just working class people & don't have loads of loot but for us it's gonna be worth every penny just to see and hear them at last here in Beantown. 
That is, if their flights don't get canceled or some damn thing....

If I was going to the Toronto show, I think I might want to be at gate E80  for Air Canada 22, since it seems to have taken off from Narita a bit after the last Scandal Instagram posts. It arrives at 4:30pm today.

Just visited the Boston tour venue (it's a disco night). The ticket booth confirmed that when SCANDAL performs on the 13th—
• the SRO floor space will be all-ages 
• the box seating space (alcoholic beverages available) will be 21+

Hi all, I also arrived to Toronto today.

FYI - If you're not from the area that Rogers which is a major cell service and internet provide in Toronto is having a service outage today since the early morning.

This is impacting WiFi, cell service including roaming if not from Toronto, and some debit cards.

It's kind of been spotty / hit and miss all day.

Normally my phone roams with Rogers when I'm in Toronto but today it's using TELUS which is also having issues from the load.

Just a heads up. If you have service I recommend taking screenshots of any map routes before your start moving around the city so you don't get lost if you're not familiar with the area.

Looking forward to seeing some familiar and new faces at the show tomorrow!
