indigo la End × SCANDAL

Yesterday in Sendai.
We played a joint concert with indigo la End!
It was such a great night...
To everyone who came out,
Thank you so much!

indigo was so cool＾＾

Said to us,
"We don't really get invited to play joint shows...
So we were like, 'Are you sure you're okay with us?'"
And what I thought
Was that I'm so glad we plucked up the courage to ask them.
I'm so happy
That they accepted our offer amidst their busy schedules!
I'm also happy I got to hear "Tulip"...◎

Who SCANDAL is right now is a band that has taken inspiration from all kinds of artists
And has evolved several times over.
If we didn't change, we might not have still been around.
With setlists packed with songs we want people to listen to right now
And amidst an atmosphere handcrafted by the four of us,
The only thing to do is for us to follow through with our live performances.
This joint-band tour will be one that'll get time moving on dispelling misunderstandings!

This is what I think: They're performing with four different artists, and it's likely that each band's fanbase doesn't know much about the other artist their favorite one is performing with. Perhaps they have preconceived notions about them that could be negative. For example, some non-fans might think SCANDAL still wears school uniforms and that they're idols = they're not a "real" band.

In this specific instance, though, I think she's referring to indigo la End and how Enon said they don't normally get invited to play concerts with other bands. Perhaps it's because bands are intimidated by him/they think he's pretentious because he's more or less considered a musicial genius and fronts four different bands. However, by SCANDAL inviting them to play a concert together, it shows that they don't think of them like that and it's dispelling the misunderstanding that he's all high-and-mighty. Something like that lol
