The purchase page on the Rooftop Online Store will now allow me to enter an overseas address.
I was never able to do that before.
Sagawa still says no overseas shipping, but Yamato does not specifically say.

Have they really begun to ship worldwide?

That would be awesome. If true, I could save the cost of proxy shopping.

Unfortunately, I don't think that's actually correct. They would have said something about it, plus they already have that recently opened overseas store. You could try it if you really want, but I'd guess that they'd cancel the order/the order won't go through.

As mentioned in the comment above yours, SCANDAL recently opened an overseas merch store that ships to many countries worldwide. They'll likely add this new merch to it after this concert is set to happen (August 21st).
