1. YUI(her real name is yui yoshioka and she was in a movie called taiyo no uta (english name midnight sun) she is very popular and its hard to get her songs but i have some of them if you guys want them.)
2. Scandal of course

4. Flow (If you watch code gease you should recognise them)
5 Arashi ( 5 member group. They are popular in japan as well as worldwide they have a few dramas and movies such as hana yori dango, natsu no koi wa nijiro and so on)
6. UVERworld
7. Ai otsuka (i'm obsessed with her "daisukidaiyo" song. She is one of the top singers in japan. she is also quite internationally recognised)
8. Ayumi hamasaki ( number 1! jpop female singer in japan. she is also internationally recognised)
9. Utada hikaru ( One of my favourite singers in japanese. Has a strong and powerful voice. some of her songs that i can remember right now are flavor of life and.... can't remember T_T.)
10.Koda Kumi ( again one of the top singers in japan. she is famous with her ero kagai fashion in Japan which means her sexy appearence. I don't know how to spell it but you guys can google her. AND SHE IS NOT A SLUTTY PERSON.)
11. Asian kung fu generation
12. Orange range
13. Beat Crusaders
14. Kelun( the only song i know is Chu-Bura)
15. LiSa ( the only song i know is Oath Sign)
16. Lia ( the only song i know is TORCH and
Toki wo Kizamu Uta (A Song to Past Time) and My Soul,Your Beats
17. Naimie Amuro commonly recognised as dansing queen
18. Mai kuraki recognised by her meaningful lyrics that the wrote herself
19. AKB48

21. NMB48 (personally i think all this three groups are more on the idol group singing side. if you like them then u will fall in love with them but if you don't then you wont like them. i prefere thier TV shows (AKBingo) more than their songs but their not bad.)
22. Mr.Children (they have exteremely meaningful songs check them out)
23. Perfume (I'm new to this group so i dont really know much)
24. BoA (Yes i know that she is Korean but she sings more japanese songs.)
25. K-on ( Yes i know its an anime but they released 2 albums for the anime so i guess thats okay ??)
26. ROOKiEZ is PUNK'D ( they did quite a few anime openings and endings and thier music makes me pumped up )
27. Yui Makino
28. Miwa
29. ViViD
30. Eufonius ( check megumeru out)
31. Aoi Tada ( the only song i know is Brave Song)
32. Girl Dead Monsters ( Yes i know that it is an anime band just like K-on but this one is from the anime Angel Beats and they have 1 album)
