みんな久しぶり! (Long time no see, guys)
It's been a long time since I was on SH, I remember this forum having very few members back in 2009 when Scandal had yet to release their debut album. It's amazing to see the immense growth and popularity of Scandal Heaven, and the amount of love shown towards the band is pretty intoxicating hehe!

Coming back here has been pretty nostalgic, and I wonder if any of the founding members are still around. Anyways, I hope to rekindle my love for the music that Scandal continues to kick ass with and also reconnect with members both old and new. Thanks again guys, and it's great to meet you all.

(I'm from your neighbour up north of Woodlands)

First saw SCANDAL at *SCAPE 7 years ago. I joined SH in 2012 and I think at that time the SH crew had already expanded internationally beyond SG and PHI. A lot of names from 2012 (not that I know them personally) are rarely seen now, and some retired from admin/mod posts.

I wonder if the advent of soc media has made fora less attractive? SH has a FB/Insta presence now, thanks to Jade.

Relatively new member here.

Social media definitely killed off a lot of forums. The fact that this one is still going is testament to Scandal's longevity and the quality of the people on the forum itself.

I only joined this month, but it's been interesting to rummage through various topics that has been accumulated for the past 11 years. Lots of quality infos and opinions.

Thanks for all the welcoming messages here, guys! So a couple of things: I am a huge fan of Porcupine Tree, I do love Daimon Michiko because she's the badass doctor who stands up to the hierarchy of corporate bureaucracy in the Japanese medical system and she fights for the downtrodden. I do love anime, Cowboy Bebop is the greatest anime of all time! I'm also from the North of Singapore, specifically Yishun (shoutout to the awesome dude here from Woodlands  .clap.)

Once again, thank you all for welcoming me with open arms! I'm truly grateful and I hope to make the best of my second time here. 私は永遠に感謝しています (I'm always grateful), long live SCANDAL! \m/

Would've been nice to meet up at the SCANDAL gig in Sentosa at the back end of May if it wasn't for the pandemic. Oh, well.

About the comments on social media killing forums... I guess that's difficult to happen to Scandal fandom at least for now because almost all of their outreach is done in Japanese, and international fans will still need to refer to other sources (e.g. this great forum!). 

I had also been reading SH for a looooong time but only recently registered as member properly. Am glad to meet everyone!
