I wouldn't mind a full version of the video with them doing random things at home, like dancing , exercising, playing games or whatever lol. 

Just listened to the full song in HQ, it's a really nice song, love the urban feel of the song. don't really like the autotune part during the bridge, and the drums to me sounds too "drum machin-ey" but I'm pretty sure Rina doesn't have access to her real drums at home.  .whistle.

Yesterday on J-Wave radio program, Tomomi mentioned she recorded the vocals at home and for sound isolation she sang under multiple layers of blankets 

I'm actually impressed with how Tomomi recorded her vocals. I can barely hear any hisses at all! It's understandable that the drums may sound too electronic most likely because Rina recorded the drum tracks with electronic drums. it adds to the "lockdown" feel of the song.
