The following link is to a Google Map showing some of the places Scandal has been to. It is far from comprehensive, and I welcome suggestions. Since it doesn't offer street view, I suggest having a regular Google Map of Tokyo open at the same time, so you can put yourself down on the same streets walked by Scandal. As many locations as possible have the option to view in street view as well, and will automatically open a separate map.
I waited until I had 50 posts, hoping this would be appropriate for the limited access portion of this forum, but it doesn't fit in the categories there. My concern was that a map for fans looks a lot like a map for stalkers, and I would NOT want this to encourage creeps. However, there aren't any locations listed that any self-respecting stalker (irony) wouldn't already know about, so I feel ok about posting it here, after careful consideration. 
If you disagree, I can always remove the link, and PM it later to anyone planning a visit to Tokyo.

Hello, it look ok, the only one I know is their shop which I was going to visit, before my holiday got cancelled.  

As you say, as long as it no showing areas and which will be the girls private life.

I was only 1 day and very fast. Next time, I would like to go there even longer and visit, their memorable places, similar to which they told in this program

I have something older. I can't remember which SH thread this was but it predates 2014, and I used it when I visited Osaka back then. The Ōsaka sites are based on an older TV show (MUSIC EDGE on MBS, 2012 pre-Budokan days and another programme called Ototabi).

-STUDIO BROTHERZ where they used to rehearse a few floors above the SCANDAL kyabakura is no longer in business, as is the INDY/SARA curry house and KREORU takoyaki place. I managed to eat at KREORU in 2014, they shut a few years later.

Kyobashi's KREORU moved down to the main road instead and is still there with the autographs and photos. If you face the old shop location, you follow the road to the left all the way down to the main road, then run right as you are on the main road.

(Its old location strangely still have a Takoyaki place.)
