This site is not opening properly on Chrome, and I am not sure it is just me or not.

I had to switch to Microsoft Edge to view the content. Also opens fine on Internet Explorer.

It's working fine on Chrome for me and no one else seems to be having issues, so this might be a problem on your end only. Can you post a screenshot of what it looks like for you?

No idea what that's about, but it has to be a problem on your end. Maybe try clearing your cookies, or check your antivirus program (if you have one installed)? Another user's antivirus program had prevented them from seeing some stuff on SH in the past (link).
