I believe the answer to that would be yes. It's not hard to make an account, I'm sure there are guides you can search up on google.

And plus, you can view lots of other neat things on nico nico with the account.

it's a good thing that scandal fans share some video with subtitiles
without any condition like you have to post 75 times to download any file in
any akb48 fansite.
I know that the sole purpose for subbing that video is to spread knowledge
about that particular artist but why do that fan need to set
some restriction if that was the purpose.

we do have a 50 post requirement here for videos. i think its fair. whenever things are open, people take advantage of it and reupload without giving proper credit where its due. especially hard working subbers of videos.

plus its not hard to find scandal videos on the internet, just search. i think the post limits are in place to build a community. forum communities dont work/cant exist if there are no members.
