It's from an unofficial recording at the "Bogart" in San Bernadino, CA on September 21, 1976. The audio is from a tape recorder someone had in the crowd. It's one of their earliest of live shows after adding DLR on vocals and changing their name from Mammoth. The audio quality is not ideal, but the historical nature makes it an enjoyable listen.
