I highly doubt you'll be able to hear any background noise because:

-This is a slower, mellow song and Japanese audiences are always super quiet during slower SCANDAL songs
-This live had a calm atmosphere and was at a sit-down venue
-We can already assume that they're already going to cut as much superfluous noise as possible since this is going on an official release and all

I agree, i noticed right away the Bass was mixed in better than usual. 

Finally the Scandal drought has ended :D and oh man is this song great. I wish there was a physical release but ill take what i can get. Cant wait for the release next month!!

Same. They might sing some parts together, but Haruna goes really high in this song. I wonder if she's really able to pull this off live or if she's going to lower it up a bit.

anyway the song sounds really good, but a high quality version is needed to make a 100% honest opinion on the track. A rock song with a catchy chorus, I like it. It's definitly an hard live number worth seeing live as the description says! Other than Tomo's bass, I'm curious to hear Rina's drum in hq.

Its like a SUKI SUKI v2. Love the instrumentals, but have to get used to Haruna singing like that.

Looking forward to hearing a better quality version so the hook will have a bigger impact.  On a first listen basis, not bad.  Glad it's a rocker.  The main rhythm (especially in the intro) reminds me a lot like "Take Me Out," as if these songs were both written around the same time.   The drums have the same feel.

I'm really enjoying this song, the instrumentals are great and yes Tomomis bass lines are superb. And maybe its just the low quality or my headphones but Haru guitars is much crunchier and louder than Mami's, I almost could barely hear Mami lead riffs.
But honestly even in lq I can tell this song is mixed very well and I like it a lot. 

IMO, Haru voice is rather too high for my liking, but I like the faced paced singing thing she got going on. Its reminds me of Suki Suki.

Why is Haruna singing so high lately? It worked with Take Me Out but to me, it doesn't suit a rock song like this at all. Same thing already happened with Freedom Fighters. It's kind of a shame. cause I like the more rocky sound of the song but it will take me some time to get used to Haruna's singing. I preferred when she sang the way she did in previous albums like Standard or Hello World.

Metal Mickey, yeah. It really did seem to me like the track was speeded up a bit. Sorry, it's a little annoying, think the real tone must be different

I agree with you. At this moment I'm not a fan of this song. Waiting for the official release.

I've listened to the radio live yesterday and it sounded the same as the uploader's one.

I had to stop playing the radio rip shortly into the song, the sound doesn't seem right. As others have mentioned, it does indeed seem a tad sped up.
Also, I think it's a weird key for Haruna to be singing in, it's missing the sultry alto I like her for.
I'll make my real feels known when it releases however.

Can't wait!

The bridge sounds absolutely incredible and I can't wait to hear the whole song in HQ.

I'm pretty sure the speed is what it normally sounds, the uploaded would let people know if its been sped up or altered.
