Recently discovered them thanks to youtube, really like them :O
A pity that they have so few songs, I would have liked becoming a fan in 2 more years haha

I've watched the MV before and it's one of the best I've watched.

I discovered them thanks to this thread.

That new MV creeped me out a bit, but it looks soooo good When I found out that rhythmy is a drug, the video made so much more sense.

They just had a 1+ hour long LINE live, which consisted on "getting energy" to present the new MV 
(I think, I don't understand japanese that much). They did little games to do that, such as solving a metal puzzle, eating a banana very fast, a blindfolded taste game... and can't remember the rest, I got asleep and woke up at the end when they was drawing stuff and presented the new MV (Pandora Box)

This band is phenomenal, the guitarist is out of this world. I love his style, ever so funky

Thanks for this thread for introducing Polkadot Stingray to my world. Can't say I like them that much but I'm definitely hooked with Electric Public.

I quite enjoyed that last one.

From the headstock, it looks like a Yamaha bass. Ernie Ball basses have the tuner for the G string on the treble side, opposite of the other three. The one he plays in Telecaster Stripe is a Fender P-Bass.

been listening to them for quite a while now. it's good to know that SCANDAL at Polkadot Stingray fandom intersects! awesomesauce!?!

New CD preview

Clever way to do a sampler.  They always have interesting videos.  Songs sound really good, but I'm not going to get worked up on looking forward to the release.  None of their albums have been available digitally on iTunes or Amazon to purchase (just a couple of early singles), and their physical CDs go for $40 plus shipping.  Way too high for me to consider.  Bummer, though.  I do like this band a lot.

At least they are available on Spotify!

Google Play only offers the same content that's already on iTunes and Amazon.  They're all missing 2 EPs and a full LP, and I suspect the upcoming one as well.  

Likewise, in my territory these same EPs and LP are also missing on Spotify; however I prefer to always own my own content.  As many unfortunately learned this past year with Scandal, relying on streaming to listen to your favorite band has a giant downside when content is removed.

She directs the videos??? Woah... and she used to be a game developer :o
I wonder if she worked in any well known game.

Edit: Shizuku directed the first videos when they were still independent. She doesn't anymore but still creates the scenario for all of them. Which is still very impressive.
