Nah, this wasn't shot in a mirror; you can't see her phone in it.

It looks like she shot the picture with the front lens on her phone, and the app she used simply mirrored the shot. I know she likes to use the picture app B612, and I think there's a good chance she used it here too. There's a "Mirror Mode" option in it to make it save your pictures as mirrored/flipped.
