Defo liking the third mix now. As there is a better clarity to the tone of the instruments compared to the final mix. Will be using that for the edit...

Just to say the Stamp! cover is ready quite soon. The edit's done and the band members will check if there are any tweaks needed before it is uploaded for all and sundry to view.

I wanted to do a sneak peek video but thought against it.

This is all you gonna get.

I guess it's time to think of the next SHCB cover too.

For anyone interested in singing, playing an instrument, mixing and video editing for the next project, you should first say what you can do in the project (this antiquated thread is called the 'application' - but I don't think it's one where you get your application approved or anything hehe) if you have never participated in one:

Since the SHCB cover for Departure, the band project operates on a deadline system which helps a lot in not stretching a 4-min song project to a year to complete. People have lives outside SH which means sometimes one can be unexpectedly busy etc., but this system is somewhat flexible among the agreed members of the project. With the new system, Stamp! is nearing completion (to me it is - we already have the video in hand hehe) in about 6 months.

Looking forward to see who plays what for which cover next. Good luck!

This is really awesome! It came out better than I thought it would. Good job to everyone involved. You know it's kinda funny because the low framerate in Shanipika's video adds a cinematic feel to it. I think it's kinda cool. I also love the way every participant was introduced during the ending credits. Very nicely done.
