The Username is not a chat name where you can change it anytime you want just because you thought of another cool name.
Usernames in forums are important, this serves as your identity to all the members in the forum. So frequently changing it is not good the reason why I disabled the do-it-yourself feature to change your username.
But don't worry you can still change if you want to. Just state your reasons why you want to change it. You can only change usernames once in a long time.
The Username is not a chat name where you can change it anytime you want just because you thought of another cool name.
