Also, sorry if this is a stupid question, but, in the Spanish translation, shouldn't "Cambien my corte de pelo un poco" be "Cambie mi corte de pelo un poco"?

Yes, she is. Shima Harajuku is the name of the salon. Coincidentally, that woman is TOMO's hairstylist as well.

I figured she probably was the hair stylist, considering the subject of the blog post.

Interesting that she's Tomomi's stylist, too.

Off topic: I have a friend who just did her hair in a Mami-esque style. It starts with blond at the top, then fades into an intense red/violet before ending in a deep blue. I think I'm going to tweet the pic to Mami's twitter address as a suggestion for her next color shake-up.
