sadly, you can't delete your posts. but what you can do is press the report button and the mods will be the one to erase the problem.

I have one Question.....If you are now a spammer and then your "1 whole week banned from this site" is over will your bar will be back at "CLEAN" or it will be back to "2ND WARNING" ?

I'm not too sure about the spam meter decreasing myself, but editing the post is allowed. But, you must leave the "spam" there or consequences will be given.

The bar status is permanent, there's no way to return it back to a clean level once a SPAM is given.
So to avoid that, do not spam.
