Not an all girl band, two of the four are, but Pink Panda, a band active around 2001 on Sony, were great! Yes, there are two Pink Pandas, this is the first, featuring awesome former Shonen Knife drummer Etsuko. A powerhouse drummer. Thank you, I never read or heard from Pink Panda before. These and the drummer Etsuko are good.
Many to be found is from the other band only, from which Blistar has emerged.
