I regret not pre-ordering the last album that came with their lingerie photo book....I really wanted to get that one. So now I decided to pre-order the photo book version first so I can reserve a copy from cdjapan. Once I get paid this thursday, I'll pre-order the other versions because i like the other covers too. Man, they really know how to make their fans broke...too many versions with different limited bonuses...

@vinimin - i definitely recommend play-asia. i didnt have any problems with delivery. when i ordered BEST SCANDAL it said 1-5 days and it came in exactly 5 business days so what else can you ask for?? also in the package they included a $5 off coupon on my next purchase lol

Over at CDJapan I paid roughly a little over 5000 yen for the CD and Photobook combo not including customs charges. What version(s) did you get and how much was it?

[CD+Photobook] was 47.90 and i used a $5 off coupon they sent me from my previous purchase of SCANDAL Best [CD+DVD] from them.. but it only worked on orders over 50 so i bought a 3 dollar mario coin thingy lol just to put it over 50 and it looked cool. so i guess technically i saved 2 bucks off Temptation Box heheh. so lets say $45.90

and about customs charges.. i didnt seem to incur any last time i dont think. the only other extra charge i noticed was on my bank statement which was only like 68 cents from international charges so not a big deal really
oh yeah and shipping was 4.90, same as my last order which came in 5 business days

whats the delivery like with CDJapan?

With CD japan I decided to go with Registered Air Mail which is 4-12 days after shipping the item. Express Mail Service was like more than $15 U.S. so I thought that was a rip off. This is my first time buying something from CD Japan so I'll know about the service between August 15-23...

I ordered the live DVD from PlayAsia because its cheaper. But I ordered the new album from CDJapan because they had it on pre-order earlier.

Picked Play-asia cus it was slightly cheaperand everyone here seems to recommend it. . .it was like literally around £1-2 cheaper XD I'm being cautious with my spending as I will be goin on a mini beach vacation ^-^

I picked Air Economy Box. . .I know its kinda pointless since its just a album and I just kinda contradicted myself since I just said I have to be cheap but yet didn't pick the cheapest shipping option XD but I wouldn't want that Photobook gettin damaged, though I doubt it will

The best place to find out-of-stock/hard-to-find items is Amazon.co.jp but you'll have these problems:
1. You better know Japanese or at least have a good language translation software to view the site.

3. Shipping costs will Kill you even if you find the items at affordable prices!!

But the company does charge for (air economy/box) air mail delivery as it did on my orders to the USA!
Maybe free delivery is available depending on your location, but not to mine.
PlayAsia may send split the orders if one item is available while the other item is backordered.
The company did not charge me extra postage since it decided to do that, not me.

SO going to pre-order CD/DVD and CD/Photobook

I always order from CDJapan, since the CDJapan headquarters is in Japan, they get the items very early ahead of time, n sometimes they mail out the pre-ordered items early. Sometimes i get my items in the mail on the day of the release, but usually get my items in the mail on the 4th day after they mail it out, with air mail shipping. Earlier I pre-ordered my CD+PB edition. Yesterday I pre-ordered my CD+DVD edition. So phew, I can breathe easier n relax now. I don't have to worry about limited editions going out of stock n not ordering them on time.

Just got an email from CDJapan, I have been charge an extra 1750 yen for the weight of the photobook and CD together. This better be worth it now because that went from 53 some odd dollars to $67.13.

The email also said the item was in the shipping stage now though, so I guess am getting it early?

The cost seems right for CD/Photobook ~$50USD then add s/h which then brings it up to $64 via Express Mail service; Registered air service looks to be ~$62 (just priced it at their website to USA).

My pre-order of both the CD/Photobook and CD/DVD via Express Mail cost me ~$100USD.

The merchandise itself is relatively affordable until you see how much the shipping cost is. Ouch!
But the company does ship quickly considering the price you pay.
