So uhh, is the shout box still alive? I sent Mr.admin the details for my registration like a month ago, but it seems like he's MIA. Is there another staff member currently in charge of this?

@kaitanuva: The shoutbox is still running, as I do go on quite frequently. I'm pretty sure mc~ is the only person responsible for registering people on ShoutBox. He does take a long time (I sent him another PM after a month or two), but he is busy with other things. You could ask the other admin (yuujin_21 I think his name is?) but to be honest with you, I'm not too sure.

Your best bet would be to ask yuujin right now.

@echelseo: I hope you could consider joining the ShoutBox, it honestly needs new members. 

Then again, I don't go there much anymore. xD Anyhow, if I wasn't so busy I would take the time to chat for a little while, I missed those people whom I used to talk to.

Maybe they should change the current system and allow Moderators to give the permissions too if the admins are too busy?

EDIT: Or maybe simply pick one of the most active users in the chatroom and create some special "chatroom validation" group"?

They don't seem to participate to the topics anymore but when you read all topics they were involved a lot, a bit sad they don't have enough time anymore =(

^ It is kind of sad to see... but they have lives and there is nothing we can do about that.

I know that instead of PMing the Admins, you can PM some moderators to help you get into the ShoutBox. I know that some of the users (Kaitanuva and KuroKitsu) have asked KaitoKid for registration and they got in without much trouble.

So that would mean moderators have already the power no?

I'm not sure if the other Moderators can do it but as I said before, I know KaitoKid has the power to register potential members... he has fixed the shoutbox when it was gone for a day.

I'll talk to Eugene to possibly be the one responsible to grant users access to the shoutbox. I'll update once I get an answer

No I mean you need to update the current post otherwise people will not know about it and still PM the admins. Have to say who can give the permission and also probably add a link to their profile.
