What is mami doing before the show  i saw she did this to every show that is say hi to fans of scandal ? Or  salute to her guitar tech Motchy san .I dont know

But, I saw Steve Vai and other guitarists did that a couple of times. 
They say thanks to fans for the warm welcome.

I dont think that is she thank to her fans cause mami say thank to her fan is the first thing she do when she walk in to stage and after that she will salute to some body that i dont know like my question

religious man at Japan. He uses that Ying Yang moviment,
but is an exercise/meditation, not a greet.
Is she a martial artist and I don't know?

looks like a fun way of saying よろしく she has with Motchy, it is not a breathing exercise
