If possible, I would like to play One Piece for my funeral,

Well If it was my funeral, it HAD to be either "Tokyo Skyscraper" or "BURN", since these are one of my favorites and that suited my situation in a weird, but happy, way.
If it was another ones funeral, i'd rather hear or "Namida No Regret" or "Secret Base"

Probably Namida no Regret, it's definitely a sad time, so I can't imagine someone wanting a song like Koibito ga Santa Claus being played..

Start Maybe? I wouldn't really choose SCANDAL their too upbeat and their songs are normally about Romance... not the best thing for funerals...

i think Emotion or Burn for me ..
or any sad SCANDAL songs will do ..
they might not cry because they can't understand the lyrics, but because of the sad melody of it, i'm sure tears will flow through their eyes .. :3

I'd choose "Aitai", "Sayonara My Friend", and maybe "secret base" as well. IDK. It just suits the mood, I guess. Plus the lyrics are very sentimental and, in a way, appropriate. Kinda like my "last words" to the people I care deeply for. If I were to go, I'd definitely like to have those songs played. :P

Personally, if I was going to have "secret base" at my funeral I'd go for either the ZONE or AnoHana version. The SCANDAL version is good, but they're both superior IMO.
