We decided 7 years ago that the next tour after Osaka-Jo Hall would be a live house one.





We are going to do new attempts
At challenging ourselves on this tour.





It's something that we can do because we have a band history that has accumulated.





What would you like to hear?





People coming for the first time and those coming by themselves don't need to worry because it'll be okayー♩
It looks like there are only a few tickets left for 06/09 Sapporo, 06/27 Namba, 07/04 Nagoya, so please try to come out once.
Let's reset all of the things you don't like!

I noticed Haruna has been wearing her braces in the latest live TV appearances - I wonder if they're actually not removable. I hope she gets used to wearing them by the time the tour starts - it must be hard to sing with them at first.

Interesting post by Rina... I wonder what they are planning, sounds like they're going to mix in some lesser-known older songs?

Also kind of an interesting thing to say "Let's reset all of the things you don't like!" I wonder what she means by that?? What does she think people don't like about them?? There's nothing their fans don't like!

She's not talking about anything regarding them; she means things that you don't like in life and such. They say that line often in live MCs.

Yeah I would like to know that too, it's a bit a mysterious message from RINA.

Gonna include other songs maybe or play some songs differently? Maybe with some kind of instrumental intro or something? (I don't know how to say it, basically an intro that transforms into the song, i think they did it sometimes for some songs).

And yeah there is nothing to reset, just stay as you are and want to be, that's SCANDAL.

Cool thing, 3 TV shows soon!! Means videos on youtube hopefully =P

It'll be great if they could do a different(ish) set every night, especially when they have a larger back catalogue of material now. And I wonder if this was what RINA meant by "challenge".

I do admit that not many bands do this 'totally different set every night business', and at most they'd probably play a handful of different songs each night, keeping the big fan favourites. If the girls ever do play such sets, though - imagine the number of SCANDAL songs you'd get to hear live if you have tix to see them at different venues during this tour.

I once did this with another band - saw 'em two nights in a row, and in that time, I heard 49 unique songs live, with only a handful being repeated on both nights. And as a fan, it was the best experience ever.

Yeah, that's a good theory. Or maybe they'll be taking requests!

I doubt they'll play a totally different set every night, but they may change a few songs at each show.

I doubt they change the whole set list, they always play some classics and some fans may be disappointed to not hear some "trademark" SCANDAL songs.

But yes maybe change the set lists more than in the past, that could be great.

You are right that some fans may be disappointed if that happens. I know I would, too.

However, I had the pleasure of watching the girls two days in a row, as did many of our SH members mostly from Singapore & Malaysia, last March - and I was a tad disappointed that the set was the same as it was the day before (except that they played one different song on day 2).

Don't get me wrong, at the end of the day, we were lucky to even get to see them live, even if they had played DOLL 12x on each day!

To change the setlist every day, it could be confusing.

I like how Rina reassures the fans.

Yeah I understand I would fell the same!

Hearing many different songs from a band live like you did with another band must be awesome. And the same setlist two days in a row must leave you with a small disappointment yes But in the end you saw them 2 days in a row so it's still awesome .clap.

Well, the main purpose they had 2-day live in the first place is to cover some fans who ran out of tickets for the first day, though.

We decided 7 years ago that the next tour after Osaka-Jo Hall would be a live house one.

They had a dream about performing in OJH, they decided what they'd do after it comes true. Now they made the dream happen, so one thing left: follow the old decision. It's nice to remember old promises/decisions like that. .cool.

Once again, sooooooo jealous of people who can go. From her picture of BABY ACTION and BEST SCANDAL, it looks like they'll put in some old album songs that rarely get played live. I was lucky enough to see Scandal Nanka Buttobase and Sono Toki Sekai wa Kimi Darake no Rain at Best Xmas 4, but there are so many more songs I dream of seeing live.

It feels like the girls are going back to their roots. ganbare~! .dance.

Well it doesn't seem like they're going to have an album to promote on this tour... I'm not sure if this is normal for them or not (I didn't used to pay that close attention, but the recent major tours I know of have all been after an album release). But in any case, without anything specific to promote other than a single that will have been out for more than a month by then, they have a little more freedom to pack their sets with older songs. If they would normally play 5 or 6 songs off the latest album, this is now a chance to free up those 5 or 6 slots in the set and fill them with songs they normally can't otherwise fit in. Or maybe 3 or 4 slots - they probably will play both songs off the new single.

I have a feeling they may also play a cover or two, and maybe a brand new song that we haven't even heard yet.

But no doubt they'll play the regular staples too. I can't imagine a show without Scandal Baby.

It's quite normal. About half of their tours have actually been before they've released a new album.

LIVE IDO LIVE was actually to promote SCANDAL SHOW, although this would have given them the same freedom with the set since it only had one new song.

I don't think you could call IDO a tour that "promoted" SCANDAL SHOW as it technically wasn't a new album and only about half of the songs they played on the tour were from SS. IMO, a tour that promotes an album is one where they play all of the songs from the album, such as the QAT one.

But anyway, this is getting a little off topic and all further posts should stay relevant to this thread.

I wish they include acoustic versions of their songs
