This show is on TV right? Does that means we will see all the setlist? I sooooo wanna see 24 jikan plus live...

Also I wonder why they play Love Survive that much lately. I love the song a lot but it's 2 years old, shouldn't they play some other songs more? I mean at least from the Queen are Trumps album or even Encore Show.

They broadcast their entire set last year, so most likely, yes, their entire set this year will be up online eventually.

They're not playing "LOVE SURVIVE" anymore than they normally do. since they play it all the time. It's one of their signature songs and a staple at their live shows since it's their fastest paced song. Plus, it's a single song as well. They hardly ever (actually, never) play album-only songs when they play short sets like this. And ENCORE SHOW is comprised of mainly B-side songs, and they play those even less than the album-only ones.

LOVE SURVIVE also does have a significant meaning to them, even the PV shows that. It's when they ditched the school uniforms and decided to wear more casual clothes. It's like their baby steps to reaching out into something more, and building another identity away from their school uniforms. Maybe it's something like that... or it could just be the fact that LOVE SURVIVE sounds awesome and rocking when it's played live like what Jade said \m/ lol

But I do agree with you, they should play more unique songs that they usually don't. It's not like we haven't seen these songs over and over again at different events...

@topic. Great setlist! Seems like Awanai and 24 Jikan aren't one off songs like PHS or something like that since they play it a lot.

Yeah you are right but they have other signature songs or fan favorites they could play I think. They play LS a lot yes it's just that it hit me lately and because I can't see them live in Japan I would like to hear more different songs when they play on TV =P

Also even if they don't play many album songs/b-side, their latest album is ENCORE SHOW (or Queen are trumps, depends on how you look at it) so why not play a song from that and promote a little bit the album instead of a 2 years old single? ^^ It's not like the fans are gonna cry because they didn't play LS. Also playing the same song over and over on TV isn't that great I think for a band or even the fans. This is gonna be the third TV show in a short period of time with LS. At least Taiyou is from Queen are Trumps for example which makes sense and is also their summer song from last year.

I guess it doesn't work like that and in the end LS is awesome anyway, I love the song a lot.
