scandal_band just announced that SPYAIR will be performing. They'll officially be the first mens' act at a Band Yarou show.

I'm sad i can't go this time. I went to vol.3 and it was my first concert in Japan and the first time i saw SCANDAL in real TOJ Onion

Not really. It's event hosted by SCANDAL where bands gather for a live like Girls Factory. Sort of festival and not a contest.
In vol.3, there was Stereopony, Flip, 7!! and doll, the winner of the "2nd SCANDAL copyband contest"

Although it was announced about a month ago, Shishido Kavka will also be performing at the event.

Edit: It was just announced that FLiP will also be performing.
