Is anybody familiar with these series? I loved it when I was a kid and watched it all the time on on the TV. Xena as a character became my idol. These series may seem sometimes not serious and stipid but they usually have a strong subtext about good and bad, about friendship and people.. Since then I think I've watched all the episoded at least 3 times. Xena was so important to me so she influenced my character so much that I've became what I am now

International PerformerBiiiiiiiig fan here!!! .chesttap.
I've watched them as a kid and last year I started watching the DVD's with my roommate. We're now at the last season ^^
Xena rocks. Not even Chuck Norris would have a chance! .common.

Caless StudentThe last season - I never watch the whole last episode of the last season by one time, it's too hard to see her die
I love the funny episodes also. Especially "A Day in the Life" :D
There were talks about Xena movie, and Lucy (Lawlsess) said that she is not against it, but I think it's just talks by now.

International PerformerHaha, it's hard for me to cope with the english titles since I watch it in German. I love the episode with this magic scroll, where Gabrielle writes "Xena went to fishing" and Xena went to fishing but was wondering why .clap.
Yeah, I guess this will be hard for me, too -.-

Mainstream ArtistDAYM!!! Been about 2 decades since the series debuted... that means you're pretty old too huh? HA HA! Just messing.
I watched it like a religion when I was younger but never got around to finishing off the series because I was occupied with High School by then. Now that you mention it though, I think I'll take a second look into it from start to finish finally.
Lucy and Renee are pretty cool people upfront. I met them a long time ago at Comic Con and tried to meet up with Lucy again when she was promoting Spartacus a few years back but that was a no-go.
(FYI: Spartacus is GOOD!!! BUT it's also not safe for kids to be around when you're watching it. You've been warned.)
Thanks for posting up this topic, it brings back some fun memories!
A memorable moment for me was the flashback scene where Xena learns how to harness a fireball but later forgets how to use it when it forwards to the present day.
(and of course Xena's first introduction in the Hercules series... WOO!!!)

I also enjoyed watching lots of Behind the scenes episodes that you can find on youtube. Just an example:

Wow looking at this "new" Gabrielle - she is growing up during the series so much, becoming so mature comparing her to the first seasons..
And speaking of funny episodes I also love these "musical" episodes in Xena :D
