Any Killjoys or MCRmy here?

Before Scandal MCR was my favorite band it still has a very big place in my heart and I listen to them very often!

Yeah! MCRmy! MCR was pretty much my favorite band through middle school and high school. They are one of my all time favorite bands. My favorite album was Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge but I also really liked Black Parade and Danger Days, as well as their really old stuff. I saw them live a few months ago when they were touring with blink-182 and Matt and Kim. They were great!

it's not dead. I just didn't want to double post, 'cause it's against the rules, so I waited for someone else to post.
MCR was one of the first bands I listened to.

I must admit that I really disliked their music when I was really young, my friend kept trying to drill them into me for years and years but he failed. Then something happened years later, I was watching the Australian Open this year and in the background a song was playing and I thought to myself "this is a pretty cool song" so I used shazam (an app for identifying songs) and it ended up being Na Na Na by MCR. So, I logged onto to facebook and told my friend (who I haven't spoken to in years) that after all these years I have finally grown to like an MCR song.
I ended up getting Danger Days, I love Destroya, Planetary Go, Vampire Money, Party Poison and of course Na Na Na. I love the queen infused quitar as well as Gerard's chaotic voice. I am not a huge fan yet but I am getting more accustomed to pop punk as time keeps passing.

I loved it,it's better than DD and I really liked DD,I like it a bit more than TBP.

MCR was my favorite band when I was in grade school.

Conventional Weapons was a pretty good series, I quite like it :3 especially the first set of two songs just had to buy them

MCR was one of the bands that I grow up listening to .smile.

I have two friends (VAMPIRE DETONATION) and (DEATH ROCKET) that are obsessed with MCR...

I only like Na Na Na and Sing...

I liked their old songs and albums before the Danger days. I was still in elementary when I heard I don't love you, Helena, etc. They had good songs back then. I'm not saying it's not good now, but I only like Party Poison.

sad news MCR fans. The band had officially announced their disbandment.

They we're really one of the bands that first got me into punk music and they've been one of my favorites, so it is really sad to hear the news. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Thanks MCR, it's been a great 8 years since I first heard your music. Thanks for inspiring me to play the guitar. I seriously don't know what to say. I pretty much grew up listening to them....
At least I got to see them live before they broke up. I hope they have a reunion some time in the future.

I heard that their website was hacked... I've yet to see the News of Disbandment on their facebook page...

If it really was a hack, I think they would have announced it by now. Because it's all in the press now. In credible magazines such as Kerrang! and Alternative Press, newspapers, websites like Huffington Post, etc.
People from other bands are saying bye to MCR, and even MCR's past band manager.

Gerard and Frank updated their twitter a few hours ago, and they didn't say anything that denies the band breaking up.

anyway, one person who is really happy was Matt Pelissier, MCR's drummer before Bob Bryar. He is getting a lot of hate from the MCRmy for saying that he's glad MCR broke up.

If it really was a hack, then these people/ person went extremely far on hacking. I would be extremely happy if it were just a huge rumor (or possibly some kind of publicity stunt or something) but right now, it really doesn't look like a rumor/ hack.

UPDATE:
MCR actually did break up, but I found something cool. So MCR could possibly have "faked the death of their own band" so that they can get away from their record label. Here's some pretty good evidence:
