I recently got into cycling and other than my wallet being emptier than usual, it's awesome! I bought a 2008 Cannondale Synapse 6 of a guy for a really good price, and I've been riding away. I also kind of wanted to start this thread to see if there are any veterans out there that could give me some tips, haha

I also started cycling recently as part of my plans of becoming an amateur triathlete. I just borrowed an old Giant bicycle from a friend (who is of the same height and length) since I can't afford to buy a brand new one. I am a beginner too. So, the only advice I can give to everyone is wear helmet, specs, and proper cycling attire.
