Other than SCANDAL of course, I only consistently like one other Japanese rock band: The Brilliant Green. I don't really like their new stuff that much, but their first four albums are so good.

I hate to be a Party Pooper but according to CDJapan and many others SCANDAL are not
a rock band, they are classified as J-Pop !
But each year they are getting more and more respect from rock bands as they keep
getting better.

it's just marketing, SCANDAL is definitely a rock band, even if they are of the lightest form
