My 2 favorites are!!!~~~  .hmmm. 


1.Hana (Gacharic Spin): She's basically the Lead singer and drummer! She's just freaking awesome!~   

2. Senri Kawaguchi: Her talent is beyond anything I've known for someone her age~ She's so diverse! :o

  I still love RINA though, and every other drummer actually listed on the poll.... 

No doubt I think RINA will win, after all.... this is SH! :D

And yeah I don't see how RINA could lose such a poll on SH of course. I don't know many other bands anyway but RINA is amazing and I doubt someone can be as awesome as her =P

While I do of course love Rina and Senri, my favorites would be Aruto and Mally  .scared.

Hmm, you might want to check how the poll was set up. Only solution I can think of is to make sure the poll is running for 0 days for an infinite polling period.

@topic: I don't know many Japanese drummers but I'll go with Rina.

Senri Kawaguchi is awesome ! I like her drum covers. But for a girl in a band, I will go for Hana, main singer + drums, it's just awesome and she uses double bass if I'm not mistaken (for example in "Monopoly" from Doll$boxx).

aside from Rina, I'll go with Shishido Kavka

Rina of course and former Shonen Knife member, Etsuko Nakanishi.  they pound awesome drum beats and they're both pretty too.  

I like Rina a lot but when it comes to how they make their drums sound then none are on the list. My favorite drummers are:

1. Sayako Sawamura from Negoto. A very creative drummer. Her drums fills are unique, awesome offbeat playing and also a heavy user of ghost notes which I like a lot. She's arguably the main reason why Negoto's music is so groovy and energetic. 

2. SATOKO from Fuzzy Control. Just knew her not long ago. She doesn't really show much of her skills with Fuzzy Control but her solo stuff is amazing. She's a lefty just like me but she plays Open Handed (very cool !!!  .wow. ) A very flexible drummer with awesome footwork and independency, She also plays double bass. BTW, she was the one who defeated RINA on Taiko no Tatsujin. .whistle.

My personal favorite would be Kumiko Takahashi from Chatmonchy. Why did she leave the band ;_____;

I also like Hana from Gacharic Spin/DOLL$BOXX, and Rina of course.

The poll isn't working  so aside from Rina I'll go with Senri and Yuumi

Senri is younger than Rina but she's totally amazing she even rocks those double bass drums and Yuumi is also a good one I love her drumming style its really powerful :3

for me Rina Suzuki is the best drummer in the world

Rina is a really good drummer but I like also Hinanchu from SaiSai and Shiho from DK, she's full of energy on the stage! But my favorite drummer is Mizuho Saito from Zone. She left Zone, but she will be the best drummer ever for me.

Yuumi from FLiP.  She has superb speed, great rhythm, and excellent stick/pedal control.  Not just her but the entire band plays in a way where she can utilize her skills to their full potential, so a lot has to do with the sound of FLiP overall.  

Mally from Exist Trace is next.  Very fast, lots of power, and has the sickest personality to match.  She falls second to Yuumi by a hair so her skills are pretty much up there but only because Exist Trace's style jumps around a lot so Mally hasn't had a good streak of songs to showcase her real drumming within the band.  Solo sessions would be a whole different story though.

They have totally different styles so I can't really say who tops who but Mally would be the one to burst your eardrums whereas Yuumi would give you some endless beats.  Regardless of which, they both look great and can throw down some beats.

Aside from the list, my entry into the "others" category is S.White from Taiwan.
