SCANDAL x NTV "Kuchigomi Sentai Tsubuyakunger" joint project, "Let's make SCANDAL grow"! cover songs have been decided!

Started from a few days ago, the members also have been murmuring about it on twitter, "Let's make SCANDAL grow!" on NTV's "Kuchigomi Sentai Tsubuyakunger"

In order to make SCANDAL grow more and more, we have been murmuring about this. The "SCANDAL should cover this song!" project.

Chosen from all of your large amout of murmuring, the members will try to play these songs!
And the 3 candidates are...

★ Nanase Aikawa - Yumemiru Shoujo ja Iranai
★ THE BLUE HEARTS - Boku no Migite
★ ZONE - secret base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~

SCANDAL will choose one of the above songs to be played on SCANDAL's one-man tour "SCANDAL ~Shunkan Sakurazensen TOUR~ 2010 SPRING" which starts from March 23rd.

First of all, practice!
The members are planning to rehearse and distribute the video online on March 10th!

March 10th 20:00 : Upload schedule

Check the top banner of the official website at the scheduled time!
We are also waiting for your murmuring about this rehearsal!

Furthermore, we are also going to open an open rehearsal mini concert!

March 14th (Sunday)

I found out about SCANDAL while I was searching about ZONE, so ZONE was the reason I'm here...
Of course I'm very excited about this...

And also Nanase Aikawa's song, never heard that song though, but all I know is that her song rocks!
Too bad I won't be able to watch it live at the actual concert... .waaa.
That's why those rehearsal videos should become top priority right now!!!

It's hard to say which one They should do. I'd love to hear them ALL!
BUT.........The Zone song is a little tame for SCANDAL. It would be interesting to see if they would "scandalfy" it. "Boku no migite" was done by Paran Maum in the movie Lind Linda Linda. I loved the movie and they did a great job of The Blue Hearts songs. So it might come across as a copy of a copy. Especially since Paran Maum is four girls. The Nanase Aikawa song ROCKS! I think it already sounds like a SCANDAL song anyways.
So hard to choose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know any of the 3 groups and songs that SCANDAL will choose to cover, but i'm sure that SCANDAL will pawn them.

and i agree with lamevil if SCANDAL covered one of YUI song that would be kick ass.

.evilgrin. eheh YUI is my no.1 favorite japanese solo artist and and my no. 3 favorite asian solo artist. it would be even cooler if YUI and SCANDAL would sing together a song or even better YUI covering a SCANDAL song lol.

I also really like ZONE's song but THE BLUE HEARTS's song is a bit what can I say...I don't know but it's not what I prefer also if it's a good song but for SCANDAL the best are "Yume Miru Shoujo ja Irarenai" or "secret base".

Question for be sure, their rehersal will be send in their blog, if I understand ? .sweat.
