I love translating for Haru-ne. So straightforward. She writes in mostly standard language and doesn't use too much slang, regional dialect or weird sentences. Here she writes about the end of July and eating tomatoes and cucumbers with salt(!). How does that work? I've never tried that before...

The other day, when we appeared on HIGHER GROUND in Fukuoka
there were chilled tomatoes from catering!






For this season, of course it's tomatoes!
And cucumbers!
Eating them with salt is the best!
