I've found this non fiction movie about our lifestyle and what we eat and how it's affecting us. It explains how and why we are getting all these preventable lifestyle diseases, plus why dieting does not work..

I think it's really worth watching because too little people understand what they're eating and how that food they are consuming is affecting them.
